Moisture Content & Water Activity Analysis

Moisture Content & Water Activity Analysis

Moisture Content reveals the percentage of water in your flower. Water Activity lets you know how much of that water is available for microbial growth, which can help predict the stability of your products in long-term storage.

Microbial Pathogen Screen

Microbial Pathogen Screen

All products are tested for total yeast and mold, Salmonella, E. coli, and Aspergillus species (A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, A. terreus). The state-of-the-art Agilent AriaMx Real-Time PCR Instrument is used to test for the above by identifying the DNA of different species of microbials. This specificity makes qPCR the most accurate method for microbial detection.

For yeast and mold testing, we also offer plating services (recommended for remediated samples) and Grim Reefer Total Yeast and Mold testing, which eliminates free DNA from dead cells in the sample.

Be sure to ask about our viral testing, which is useful for keeping your grow healthy and screening plants for cloning.

Foreign Material Screen

Foreign Material Screen

High-quality cannabis and cannabis products should not include adulterants such as hair, insects, soil, mold, or any other potentially harmful substances. This microscopic visual screen ensures your product is free of contamination.

Pesticides Analysis

Pesticides Analysis

Oklahoma state law requires that cannabis products be screened for the presence of 13 pesticides, which can be harmful for human consumption. We screen for and quantify the presence of all required pesticides.

Mycotoxin Analysis

Mycotoxin Analysis

Mycotoxins are naturally occurring secondary metabolites produced by fungi that can cause disease or even death in humans. Our Mycotoxin Analysis screens for and quantifies potentially dangerous mycotoxins such as aflatoxin and ochratoxin.

Heavy Metals Analysis

Heavy Metals Analysis

Cannabis plants are dynamic accumulators, concentrating minerals and nutrients from the soil. Heavy Metals Analysis detects the levels of arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead, minerals known to cause potentially serious health problems in humans.

Residual Solvent Analysis

Residual Solvent Analysis

Harmful solvents can be left behind after the production of flowers, tinctures, edibles, topicals, or concentrates. This test detects and quantifies 13 solvents including acetone, butane, hexane, methanol, and propane.

Terpene Analysis

Terpene Analysis

These organic chemical compounds affect the aroma and flavor of your products. Terpene Analysis identifies and quantifies the presence of terpenes including myrcene, limonene, pinene, and up to 23 more

Cannabinoids Potency Analysis

Cannabinoids Potency Analysis

Cannabinoids Potency Analysis provides quantitative potency values for 11 different types of cannabinoids in your samples, ensuring your products are accurately labeled according to law.
